Return Policy

Your happiness is our priority and our return policy is really quite simple. You may return items that are in original condition within 14 days of the purchase for an exchange, credit, or refund if you’re not completely satisfied. Items which are not in original condition may not be returned unless defective. Test your new shoes out on the carpet, because we cannot accept footwear returns if they show visible wear.

The item must be in its original condition/packaging. Unfortunately, we are only able to offer refunds in the form of credit vouchers.

This means if you place an order and you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you can return it, however, the customer is liable for the return shipping charges. UrbaneParernt will then issue you a credit voucher for the value of the item/s you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose a different format, size or product of your choice.

Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if there are faults in production and manufacturing and not for a change of mind.

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

REFUNDS POLICY

Items returned because they are defective, damaged or incorrect, will be either replaced, subject to availability or will receive a full refund.

Please note, all refunds will be calculated as the original purchase price paid less the sum of the postage and packaging cost of the original shipping cost and return shipping costs for re-delivery back to our warehouse.

Refunds are normally processed within 7 Days of the package being returned to our supplier.  We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges without any shipping cost.

All approved refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

RECORDED DELIVERY

All orders must be signed for on arrival. On arrival, the item should be checked to ensure it is delivered in good condition. If the item is not in perfect condition, please do not accept receipt of the item and it will be sent back to our seller. If an item is subsequently found to be damaged after the customer has signed for it, we may assume that the damage has been caused post-delivery and we will not accept returns on damaged items
