1. No Returns or Exchanges Policy
Due to hygiene, customization, and school-specific requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
✅ Defective or Wrong Item Received – If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
✅ Manufacturing Defects – If there is a genuine manufacturing defect, we will arrange for an exchange of the same item.
2. Size Assistance Before Purchase
To ensure you order the right size:
✔ Refer to our detailed size chart before purchasing.
✔ Use our video guide on measuring your child for the perfect fit.
✔ Contact our customer support for size assistance before placing an order.
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
❌ Wrong size selection by the customer.
❌ Used, washed, or altered products.
❌ Minor color variations due to screen differences.
❌ Personalized or customized uniforms.
4. Process for Exchange (Defective/Wrong Item Cases Only)
1️⃣ Raise a request via email at support@urbaneparent.com within 24 hours of delivery.
2️⃣ Attach clear photos/videos showing the issue.
3️⃣ Once verified, we will arrange for pickup (where available) or request you to courier it back.
4️⃣ A replacement will be shipped upon inspection.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as processing begins immediately.
